I know it is basically an uninstall and reinstall, but it works.3) Depending on what they are doing in the applications, I have found that the "undo" features have been dramatically changed from previous versions. Anybody seen anything like this before? I will provide more information as things are suggested or questions are asked.1) Make sure you are using 64 bit version of office, it is not by default, expically if you are using anything very large in scale.2) Online repair of office 365 has resolved several issues for me. I've currently got one of the guys uninstalling Multiplicity to see if somehow that is causing an issue. The registry entry was the fix for me.We have made sure they were running 64-bit office, tried the online office repair as well as OffCat repair tool, and I did check to see if it was possibly the applications storing to much data, (emails, excel cell data, previous documents, etc) and there were no issues to be found there either. I also discovered that in the previous versions, saving the document cleared out the buffer, but in 2016 it does not, you have to do a conditional formatting or close and re-open the document. So What I found is if you edit the registry to reduce the number of "Undo's" the user can do, it does not cache all that information in a buffer somewhere.
